Today we received Penelope at the Civil Affairs Office in Guangzhou. It was a extremely emotional day for all of us, as you can see on the photos. I don't know who was able to conduct themselves more, Pati or myself.

I've enjoyed all your pics of you guys traveling throughout this mysterious country....it's always brought smiles to my face... but this evening... it brought tears to my eyes. To see the three of you finally united as a family was sureal. She is GORGEOUS, and I cannot think of two more deserving people on earth to receive this bundle of joy.
